Rateable Value Finder, National Non Domestic Rates Appeals Forecasting and Council Tax Finder

Due to ever increasing budget pressures, the Council wishes to maximise both its Business Rates income and Council Tax income now and in the future. To do this it requires assistance with finding Rateable hereditaments that are currently not included in our records, or where there is the potential for the Rateable Value entered in the Valuation list to be incorrect. The Council also requires assistance with forecasting appeal outcomes to assist with Government returns. It also requires assistance in finding properties that should be banded for Council Tax purposes or where there is the potential for an existing banding to be incorrect.
