DfC 2877360 Belfast Streets Ahead Phase 5 ICT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

The Department for Communities (DfC) wishes to appoint an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) for Phase 5 of the Belfast: Streets Ahead (BSA) Public Realm Improvement Programme. The ICT will be appointed under the NEC3 Professional Service Contract. The scope of the project is to design and implement the delivery of a world class streetscape for key City centre streets, Great Victoria Street, , Donegall Square South, Bedford Street, Dublin Road, , James Street South, Brunswick Street, Shaftsbury Square, Blackstaff Square and including several other minor street within this vicinity. The project’s aim will be to deliver high quality streetscapes and open spaces that will contribute positively to the economic, environmental and social vitality of the city. The full extent of the envisaged project area, approximately 75,000m2 is detailed in the PQQ documentation, however it may be revised/altered as the project progresses.
