OCHL Provision of Employers Agent and Clerk of Works Services for Barton Park Phases 2 and 4

Oxford City Council has entered into a Joint Venture arrangement with Grosvenor Developments Limited in the form of a Limited Liability Partnership to provide 854 new homes on land at Barton, known as Barton Park. The S106 agreement for the site states that 40% or 340 units are Social Housing. Oxford City Council has entered into a Development Agreement with the LLP to purchase all of the Social Housing. These are then sold simultaneously by the Council to Oxford City Housing (Investment) Ltd t/a OX Place, which is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Council. It is the Company that is tendering for the Development Management Service contract for Phases 2 and 4. The role will include services of an Employers Agent and Clerk of Works.
