Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) er en Trust af 24 primær-/børneskoler i Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire og North Lincolnshire samt én sekundærskole (William Lovell). På et overordnet niveau er de vigtigste leverancer: • En administreret forbindelsestjeneste til at forbinde skoler overalt i England • En bredbåndstjeneste for hver skole, der (som minimum) opfylder DfE's retningslinjer og gør det muligt for Trusten at levere sin ambitiøse digitale strategi. • En 'failover' linje • En firewall-beskyttet tjeneste • Support- og vedligeholdelsesservice • Fuld end-to-end enkelt SLA-tilgang • Styring af tredjeparter, der kræves for at levere tjenesten • Relevant overvågning, styring og rapportering • Fuld installations- og overgangsservice • Merværditjenester • En forpligtelse til åben, gennemsigtig og rettidig kommunikation med både Trusten og deres IT-supportudbyder. Til alle formål bør MSP'en betragtes som 'en del af Trusten'. Webfiltrering er ikke påkrævet som en del af denne løsning - dette administreres af Trustens IT-supportudbyder. For at undgå tvivl er telefoni ikke inkluderet i dette udbud, men løsningen skal understøtte den nuværende VoIP-løsning. Budgivere bør bemærke følgende: • Trusten vil levere en standardkontrakt som en del af ITT-pakken • Der vil ikke være krav om TUPE fra eksisterende leverandører.
