Dette er en yderligere forlængelse af Rådets dynamiske indkøbssystem (DPS) for persontransporttjenester. Tjenesterne omfatter transport fra hjem til skole for børn med særlige uddannelsesmæssige behov, transport fra hjem til college for unge voksne med særlige uddannelsesmæssige behov og lignende krav. DPS er opdelt i følgende partier: Parti 1 - Taxaer til uddannelse og socialpleje for børn (privat leje eller taxa) op til 8 passagerer med chauffør Parti 2 - Kørestolsvenlige køretøjer 8 sæder eller færre med chauffør Parti 3 - Minibus med chauffør op til 16 passagerer Parti 4 - Bus med chauffør op til 24 passagerer Parti 5 - Kørestolsadapteret - med lift 16-personers minibus med chauffør Parti 6 - Ad hoc taxakørsel Der kan også være et krav om levering af køretøjer kun på spotleje, kortvarig og langvarig leasingbasis. Myndigheden forlænger gyldigheden af dette eksisterende DPS i en yderligere periode på 34 måneder fra den 18. april 2026 til den 23. februar 2029. Bemærk venligst, at organisationer kan ansøge om at blive tilsluttet Rådets DPS til enhver tid i dets gyldighedsperiode, hvis de opfylder udvælgelseskriterierne, og ingen af udelukkelsesgrundene finder anvendelse.
