Original udbudsbeskrivelse

This tender is well-structured with a clear description and defined lots/hubs, but lacks specific evaluation criteria and details on financial requirements, impacting its overall completeness and practicality.

Scoreopdeling

Overholdelse af lovgivning75/100

The tender appears to comply with general procurement regulations, including a proper CPV code and a clear procedure type. Deadlines are provided, though the submission deadline's reasonableness is not fully assessable without knowing the full tender documentation. No disputes are indicated. The procedure is 'Competitive flexible procedure', which is a valid type.

Klarhed80/100

The description of the 'Collaborative Delivery Framework 2' is comprehensive, detailing the scope of asset management activities, types of solutions (nature-based and traditional), project value ranges, and the organizational structure into technical lots and geographic hubs. Requirements are generally well-documented within the provided text.

Fuldstændighed70/100

Basic information such as title, reference, organization, estimated value, duration, and start date are present. However, crucial details like specific mandatory exclusion grounds, detailed financial requirements, and available tender documents with content are missing. The AI-extracted requirements are based on the description, not explicit document content.

Retfærdighed85/100

The tender is structured into multiple lots and hubs, allowing for specialization and potentially broader participation. The estimated value is disclosed, and the criteria for division into lots are based on technical scope and value, which is objective. The 'Competitive flexible procedure' suggests a structured process. No specific company tailoring is evident.

Praktisk anvendelighed65/100

The tender indicates a planning status, with a future contract start date. However, the lack of information regarding e-submission methods and the absence of content in the listed tender documents reduce practicality. Financing information is not detailed.

Styrker

Clear and detailed description of scope and structure (lots/hubs)
Well-defined CPV code and procedure type
Significant estimated value indicating a major project
Logical timeline with a future contract start date

Bekymringer

Missing crucial evaluation criteria
Lack of content in tender documents
