Dette Rammeaftale vil sigte mod at støtte ESC's mission om at frigøre innovation og åbne nye markeder for at udnytte mulighederne for ren vækst. ESC blev oprettet for at accelerere transformationen af Storbritanniens energisystem og sikre, at virksomheder og forbrugere udnytter mulighederne for ren vækst. ESC er et uafhængigt, non-profit center for ekspertise, der bygger bro mellem industri, regering, akademia og forskning – med omkring 200 medarbejdere, der dækker en række tekniske, kommercielle og politiske ekspertiser. ESC tager et helhedssyn på systemet – fra strøm, varme og transport til industri, digitalisering af infrastruktur og forbrugere – og hjælper os med at identificere og adressere innovationsprioriteter og markedsbarrierer for at dekarbonisere energisystemet og levere værdi til energiforbrugere. I ansøgningspakken finder du detaljer om, hvordan du ansøger om at blive en udpeget leverandør med de minimumskrav, du skal opfylde for at blive udpeget. Alle leverandører, der opfylder udvælgelseskriterierne, vil blive udpeget til DPS, og der er ingen grænse for antallet af leverandører, der kan udpeges. Leverandører kan ansøge om at blive medlem af DPS på ethvert tidspunkt i dets levetid. Det er i øjeblikket forudset at løbe i mindst 4 år og kan blive forlænget, forudsat at det stadig er egnet til formålet. ESC opererer fra kontorer i Birmingham. Projekter møder kan være nødvendige. Udpegede leverandører kan blive bedt om at deltage i kick-off møder på ESC kontoret i Birmingham eller enhver passende lokation i Storbritannien og/eller via et konferencetelefonopkald ved hjælp af en af konferenceydelserne som MS Teams, Skype eller Global Meet, alt efter hvad ESC bruger på det tidspunkt.
