Denne udbudsproces er igangsat, da den nuværende kontrakt for IT-administrerede tjenester udløber i november 2026. Trusten vil have haft en fuldt administreret IT-tjeneste i 10 år, når den nuværende kontrakt udløber. Selvom Trust generelt er tilfreds med den nuværende service model, ønsker den at undersøge, om der er mere fleksible tilgange til levering, samtidig med at balancen mellem onsite og fjernaktiviteter opretholdes. Forventningen er, at den nye kontrakt træder i kraft i oktober 2026 med en kort overgangsperiode med den eksisterende kontrakt for at sikre en glidende overgang. Trusten har ingen interne IT-ressourcer, så leverandøren forventes at fungere som Trustens primære IT-partner. Udbuddet vil omfatte, men er ikke begrænset til, følgende. • Service Desk, der som minimum opererer fra kl. 8:00 til 16:30 • Teknisk support (niveau 2/3 support) til at operere i samme tidsrum • On-site Support – support på tværs af alle lokationer baseret på behov og klart identificerede prioriteter • Netværksstyring – kablede og trådløse netværk • Cybersikkerhedsstyring – herunder risikostyring og overholdelse af DfE Cybersikkerhedsstandarder • Driftsstyring – styring af Trustens servere, både on-premises og cloud • Telefoni – styring af Trustens IP-telefonsystemer • Relationsstyring – fungere som frontdør til tilknyttede tredjepartssystemer, herunder biometri, kontantløs catering, bibliotekssystemer og adgangskontrol • Styring af softwarelicenser • Aktivstyring • Vision og strategi – fungere som primær rådgiver for Trust i udviklingen af langsigtet IT-planlægning og strategi • Support til digital transformation – hjælpe Trust med at integrere IT-udviklinger • Kontraktstyring – sikre, at kontrakten kører effektivt med klar SLA/KPI-overvågning og -styring • Styring og levering af hardwareopdateringer Kontraktens løbetid vil være en indledende aftale på tre år med to etårige forlængelser baseret på tilfredsstillende ydeevne. Den maksimale kontraktperiode vil derfor være 60 måneder. Trust vil inkludere en modelkontrakt som en del af udbudsmaterialet; det er også åbent for at modtage leverandørmodelkontrakter som en del af indsendelsen.
