Homes England søger at etablere et Dynamisk Indkøbssystem (DPS) til at erstatte Delivery Partner Panel (DPP3) for boligbyggere, entreprenører og boligudviklere til at arbejde sammen med Homes England og andre kontraherende myndigheder, der måtte ønske at udvikle boliger på jord, de ejer. DPS'en stemmer overens med Homes Englands mission og mål som angivet i vores Strategiske Plan. Hensigten er, at DPS'en skal køre i 10 år og være opdelt i kategorier for levering af små (op til og med 70 boliger) og store (over 70 boliger) udviklingsområder. Vores DPS (begge kategorier) vil dække alle områder i England, men leverandører vil blive bedt om på udvælgelsesspørgeskemastadiet at vælge, hvilke områder af landet de ville være interesserede i at modtage mulighedsmeddelelser for. Disse 9 regionale underkategorier er: - East Midlands - East of England - London - North East - North West - South East - South West - West Midlands - Yorkshire and The Humber DPS Leverandører vil også blive bedt om at vælge (for begge kategorier) hvilke Udviklingstyper de ville være interesserede i at modtage mulighedsmeddelelser for. Disse 5 underkategorier er: - Generel boligudvikling - Områder inklusive konvertering, renovering og arbejde på fredede bygninger - Områder, der skal leveres via en bygge- og direkte kontraktstilgang - Områder inklusive Ekstra Pleje og andre former for støttet bolig - Områder, der giver 100% overkommelige boliger DPS Leverandører vil kunne ændre deres underkategoripræferencer på ethvert tidspunkt, efterhånden som deres forretning vokser og udvikler sig. Vi planlægger at tilføje yderligere kategorier over tid, og alle DPS-medlemmer vil blive inviteret til at udtrykke interesse for yderligere kategorier. Vi vil tilbyde en indledende mulighed for at tilmelde sig DPS'en, denne vil løbe fra 24. maj 2021 til kl. 17.00 den 25. juni 2021. Vi vil derefter evaluere svar og genåbne muligheden for at ansøge fra 1. september 2021. Konkurrencekald vil blive offentliggjort fra september 2021 og frem.
