## Strategist and Tender as a Service (TaaS): the fee model

Tendly's tender experts find the tenders worth bidding on, prepare the bid documents and handle the submission. The commercial model has two parts:

1. A subscription of EUR 199 per month (EUR 1,980 per year when paid annually), covering the work on every bid.
2. A success fee, payable only on tenders Tendly prepares and the customer wins: a percentage of the contract value, agreed in writing before any work starts. No win, no fee. There are no per-bid charges.
