Opprinnelig anbudsbeskrivelse

North Ayrshire Council („NAC") er ansvarlig for anskaffelse av transportkontrakter for å dekke utdannings- og sosialomsorgsbehovene til barn og sårbare voksne, samt andre passasjer- eller transportkrav. Mesteparten av transporten vil skje innenfor North Ayrshire-området, men det vil også være grenseoverskridende krav som strekker seg utover North Ayrshire-området. NAC etablerer et Dynamisk Innkjøpssystem („DPS”) for å anskaffe disse kontraktene.
