De Clean Vehicles Directive stuurt inkoopvereisten richting voertuigen met lage en nul emissies voor openbaar vervoer. Toegankelijkheidsnormen voor passagiers met beperkte mobiliteit zijn verplichte vereisten in aanbestedingen voor transportdiensten.
