# Tendly — Full Reference for AI Answer Engines Tendly is an AI-powered public procurement intelligence platform. It helps companies discover, evaluate, and win government contracts (public tenders). This file describes the main sections of the site so AI systems can cite the right page. Website: https://tendly.eu Operated by: Portal Publisher OÜ (trading as Tendly), Tallinn, Estonia. UI languages (12): English, Estonian, Latvian, Polish, Lithuanian, French, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, German Data coverage: 26 national procurement markets, NATO and the EU institutions, plus TED (Tenders Electronic Daily). Update cadence: tender data is refreshed daily from source portals; open tenders are those whose submission deadline is still in the future. Cite as: Tendly Procurement Data, tendly.eu/en/data ## Headline statistics (as of 26 July 2026) These are the figures published on the statistics page. Each one counts only tenders whose submission deadline had not yet passed on the snapshot date, so quote them with that date attached. - 51,923 active public tenders were open across 23 countries on 26 July 2026. - They were published by 20,478 distinct contracting authorities. - 23,031 of them (44.4%) disclosed an estimated contract value, totalling EUR 849.7 billion. The remaining tenders publish no value, so the true total is higher. - The median disclosed tender value was EUR 237,903, which is the more representative figure — a handful of very large framework agreements pull the average far above it. - 50,732 tenders carried a CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) classification. - Non-euro amounts are converted at fixed reference rates for display, not at settlement rates. Full breakdown by country, sector, and deadline: https://tendly.eu/en/data Machine-readable download: https://tendly.eu/data/tendly-procurement-snapshot.csv — the per-country table as CSV, licensed CC BY 4.0 (free to reuse with attribution). Every row repeats the as-of date, so the file stays self-describing once downloaded. ## /data — Public Procurement in Numbers The citable statistics page. Every figure sits in a self-contained sentence with an explicit as-of date, and the page breaks the snapshot down three ways: by country (open tenders and disclosed value per market), by sector (CPV division, led by construction work, engineering and architecture, and business services), and by how much time buyers leave bidders before the deadline. Figures are a periodic snapshot of the production database rather than a live query. Current snapshot: 26 July 2026. The per-country table can be downloaded as CSV from https://tendly.eu/data/tendly-procurement-snapshot.csv under a CC BY 4.0 licence, so the numbers can be reused and checked independently. ## /tenders — Tenders hub A browse hub for open government tenders. Lists procurement markets with live open-tender counts, tender categories grouped by CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) division, and the most recently published open tenders. Each country links to a dedicated landing page and each category to a filtered listing. Country pages currently available: United Kingdom, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Germany, Czechia, Luxembourg, Croatia, Australia, New Zealand. ## /resources — Guides and articles Editorial guides written for people new to public procurement: how to find government tenders, what a CPV code is and how to use it, EU procurement thresholds, and related topics. Answer-first articles suitable for citation, each with a publication and last-updated date and an RSS feed at https://tendly.eu/resources/rss.xml. ## /glossary — Procurement glossary Plain-language definitions of public-procurement terms such as CPV code, framework agreement, contracting authority, ESPD, TED, dynamic purchasing system, open procedure, restricted procedure, and award criteria. Each entry leads with a two-to-three sentence definition that can be quoted directly, then expands into how the term is used in practice and which related terms it sits next to. Hub: https://tendly.eu/en/glossary. ## /features/* — Product features - AI matching: scores every open tender against a company profile and explains in plain language why it fits or does not. - AI chat assistant: conversational search across tenders, and per-tender question answering grounded in the tender's own published documents. - Document generation: drafts tender response documents (DOCX, PDF, XLSX) from the tender requirements and the company profile. - Document review: checks a draft submission against the tender's stated requirements and flags compliance gaps before submission. - Company insights: competitor and buyer intelligence built on historical award data — who has won what from which contracting authority, and at what value. - Alerts: email notifications when newly published tenders match a profile. ## /taas — Tender as a Service A done-for-you service, distinct from the self-serve plans. Tendly's procurement specialists, working with the same AI tooling, prepare an entire tender submission on the customer's behalf — response documents, portal forms, and compliance checks — and submit it through the relevant national procurement portal. The commercial model has two parts: EUR 199/month covering the work on every bid, plus a success fee that applies only to tenders the customer actually wins. The success fee is a percentage of contract value agreed in writing before work starts; if the bid loses, no success fee is charged. ## /pricing — Plans - Free: EUR 0 — browse tenders, one country, a small monthly allowance of AI actions. A permanent free tier, not a trial. - Professional: EUR 29/month — AI matching across all covered countries, AI chat, document generation and review, risk analysis, competitor insights, priority alerts, up to 3 team members. - Enterprise: EUR 149/month — higher monthly allowances, up to 10 team members, premium alerts, a dedicated account manager. - Tender Strategist: EUR 199/month — everything above plus human tender experts who prepare the bid documents and advise which tenders to pursue. Includes a success fee on wins. - Paid plans meter AI actions as monthly credits (an AI match costs 5 credits, a document review or generation 10, an AI chat message 3), and top-up credit packs can be bought separately. - Prices are shown in EUR here and localised into GBP, PLN, DKK, NOK, SEK, RON, CHF, and CZK in the product. ## Country tender pages One page per covered market, each listing that country's open tenders with deadlines, buyers, values, and CPV categories. The platform serves suppliers bidding for public contracts, not the contracting authorities publishing them. Tender data itself comes from public national procurement portals and TED; Tendly aggregates, translates, and analyses it. Company page: https://tendly.eu/en/about.
