The Danish Energy Agency's IT tool Energy and Building Analysis, and its associated database Athena, is based on the idea of using common tools and data sources to promote and support the green transition. The purpose of the tool is to ensure uniform and cost-effective reporting on, among other things, the Executive Order on energy efficiency in the public sector, particularly Section 5, and to offer public actors the opportunity to issue campaign material and conduct database-based building and energy analyses.
