Original Tender Description

A bicycle bridge is to be established, connecting Østerbro with Refshaleøen. The winning bidder shall prepare a preliminary design proposal for the bridge, landings, and associated facilities on both sides of the bridge. In connection with the preparation of the preliminary design proposal, the winning bidder, in collaboration with their architect, shall prepare three proposals on how the architecture can be expressed in the bridge's design. An independent architectural group consisting of the City Architect of Copenhagen Municipality and a third-party architect will review the proposals.
