Original Tender Description

The Social Insurance Board organizes additional training for child protection workers. With the procured additional training, we want to provide child protection workers with knowledge about establishing contact with children with various special needs, assessing their needs for help, and communicating with them. Also about establishing contact with parents with special needs, the impact of their special needs on parenting, their support needs, and communicating with them. In addition, we are procuring additional training to provide child protection workers with knowledge about self-care and supporting their mental health in a way that is well-connected to practice. The procurement includes for both additional trainings: a) comprehensive development of additional training (curriculum and training program, including content, learning methodology, assessment criteria, and learning materials); b) conducting additional training in accordance with the procurement documents.
