The object of this Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter, DPS) is the selection of insurance entities with sufficient technical, professional, and economic capacity to participate in tenders for the award of specific contracts derived within the framework of the DPS, whose object is the contracting of insurance services necessary for the Consorci Sant Gregori. The Consorci Sant Gregori is the INSURER and INSURED of the policies contracted within the framework of this DPS. The policies subject to this DPS are intended to cover: a) Risks arising from the civil liability of the activity of the Consorci Sant Gregori, b) Material damage suffered by its real estate and contents, c) Civil liability arising from the circulation of vehicles owned by the Consorci Sant Gregori.
